How much does a PC repair cost?
Diagnostics are always free. Repair cost depends on what's actually wrong: a failed power supply, a dead drive, a faulty GPU, or thermal/cleaning work all sit at very different price points. We'll quote up-front before doing anything.
How long will the repair take?
Most PC repairs are completed within 24 to 48 hours once we have the parts. Diagnostics and quoting usually take a couple of hours from drop-off. Complex board-level or data recovery work can take 3 to 5 working days.
Will I lose my files?
No, in almost all cases. Standard repairs (PSU, GPU, fans, cleaning, OS reinstall) don't affect your data drives. If a fault has caused a drive to fail, we'll always discuss data recovery options with you before doing anything.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every repair is covered by our standard warranty. If the same fault comes back, we'll fix it again at no charge. Individual replacement components are also covered by their own manufacturer warranties.
Do you repair custom-built and pre-built PCs?
Both. Whether you built it yourself, bought from Dell/HP/Lenovo, or had it custom-built elsewhere, we work on it. We'll never void your build by doing unnecessary work.
