Mobile phone repairs are carried out at our Liverpool shop. Unlike our console collection service, we don't offer pickup and drop-off for phones - you'll need to bring your phone to us. This lets us diagnose the issue in person, show you exactly what needs fixing, and in many cases repair it while you wait.

Why don't you list phone repair prices on your website?
There are hundreds of different phone models and the cost of replacement parts changes frequently. Rather than showing outdated prices, we give you a quote based on today's parts costs - so you always get the best deal.
How long does a typical phone repair take?
Many common repairs like screen replacements and battery swaps can be done within an hour or two. More complex repairs like motherboard work may take longer. We'll give you an estimated timeframe when you bring your phone in.
Can I wait while my phone is being repaired?
Yes, for most standard repairs you're welcome to wait in the shop. For longer repairs, you can leave your phone with us and we'll call you when it's ready to collect.
Do you offer a warranty on phone repairs?
Yes - all phone repairs come with a 3-month warranty. If the same issue comes back within that period, we'll fix it again at no charge.
Do you collect phones for repair?
No - phone repairs are in-store only at our Liverpool shop. We find it's much better to diagnose phone issues in person, and many repairs can be done while you wait. Our collection service is available for gaming consoles in certain areas.
Will I lose my data during a phone repair?
For most hardware repairs (screens, batteries, charging ports), your data stays exactly as it is. If a repair requires a factory reset, we'll always let you know beforehand and help you back up your data first.
